- Ensure adequateness of the governance framework with regulatory requirements;
- AIFM licensing assistance (Private Equity, Real Estate, etc.).
Compliance & AML/CFT (incl. KYC & KYT)
- RC mandate;
- Secondment of Compliance officer:
- Client identification;
- Daily screening;
- Transaction monitoring and analysis ;
- Compliance risk cartography;
- Compliance reports for the SM (and BoDwhere appropriate).

Daniel has 10+ years of experience in Advisory services from major consultancy firms (PwC, KPMG). He has founded Sênachê Consulting which assists Asset Managers facing current and future challenges.
The second line of defence (Risk Management, Compliance & AML/CFT) of Investment Fund Managers (AIFM, UCITS, Super ManCo, ManCo+) is the core expertise of the company. And Sênachê Consulting serves its clients and the Investment funds (AIF, UCITS, RAIF, SIF, SICAR, SCS/SCSp, EuVECA, etc.) they manage through its three functions: Risk Management & Performance, (ii.) Regulation, Governance, Compliance & AML/CFT and (iii.) Management Consulting & Operational Excellence.
